Join Kirsten (from Lagom: Music and Yoga Education) for an independent yoga and music class for elementary students! Students will learn about yoga through games, songs, and stories. By practicing mindfulness and social emotional learning strategies in a safe space, students will have fun exploring yoga and music together.
